Well, if you want the most bang for your buck, I always lead off with SS braided lines. They do some cool colors in chain and sprockets, now a days, too. You can change the ratio while you're at, it if you're so inclined. A nice set of Driven grips, gave me some serious wood. Check out the D3's, not cheap but imo the best looks and performance on the market.

Audi lights or angel eyes are always a good bling factor for cheap.
HID's?

 

You could go with a factory pro quick shift kit and it easy enough to install,put one on my 02 954 and could feel the differance.
