Default cbr 954 rough run ocaasionally

Hello ladies and gentlemen,
So i signed up to this forum to look for an answer to a problem with my cbr954.
My name is Chris and I'm from the netherlands and I service my bike myself.
I have a blue/ black fireblade from 2003 with the 954cc engine.
Now I recently serviced my bike (oil change and some minor check-ups) and I checked the throttle bodies and saw they were quite dirty.
I removed the trottle bodies and cleaned them.
After assembling everything without the filterhousing I did a check run and everything worked great.
The trottle response was much better (which was the reason I cleaned the throttle bosies)
When everything was assembled again the bike ran like trash.
It sounded like the bike was running on 2 cylinders.
Then I disassembled everything again because I thought I might have forgotten a connector or whatsoever.
I could not find anything. I read the fault codes of the bike and it gave me 1, 2, 8, and 9.
The Haynes service manual told me it was a MAP sensor wiring, MAP sensor hose, trottle sensor and air intake temperature.
Now these devices all run to the same connector and because I messed with these I resetted the codes and now only code 1 remains constantly (MAP wiring)
This could be a thing, because sometimes it runs a bit rough and the smoothens out. The other time the engine runs worse and worse (two cylinder sound) until it shuts down.

However,
Personally I think a engine should not run that bad because of a MAP sensor. And it smells like the bike almost spits out pure fuel out of the exhaust.
Another thing is that it sounds like the ignition is correcting something which makes it rus even worse than the second before.
Does anyone have a clue where to look next?
Tomorrow I will measure the wires to the MAP sensor to make sure it works as it should.
All the vacuum hoses are still in great shape so, that should not be an issue.

hope anyone can help me...

Hello everybody,
I have an update:
I live under the very old fashioned assumption that all connectors close to each other are unique.
Except for the injectors and ignition.
However when I reassebled the throttlebodies on the engine I missed the fact that the TPS connector had a label on it which said TPS.
The MAP sensor and the TPS sensor have the same connector!
These can easily be switched and suprisingly the engine management did not bad at all considering it got the wrong information.
So, switching these connectors back to how they should solved the problem.
However it was necessary to delete the fault codes before it ran good again.

a typical case of oops.
