Default Break pad problems...

I just installed new front break pads and now it's making weird voice when ever I apply breaks and doesn't feel like it's gripping unless I press it hard.
It's brand new pad and all the screws are tigethened properly.
Any idea how to fix it?

Some brake pads do have somewhat of a "wear in" time ... some are much longer than others ... this could perhaps be your problem ... but as letsride suggested, it couldn't hurt to bleed your brakes at all ...
