Rip the bike apart. Grab a welder and go nuts on the subframe. Get the parts and go nuts on the tranny. Check out where the oil is coming from and fix that. Bikes are fairly easy to work on when you finally (8000 bolts later) get them apart.

If you mess it up, sell it for parts.

I'd love to find out how to take the bike apart and work on it myself but its my only source of transportation, i don't have a car nor do i have anybody i can borrow one from, so its either fix it in like a day or slowly fix it in segments that will let me ride daily or just get a new bike that doesn't have some other guy's problems. i'm so upset right now. i mean, everything was perfect when i looked at it for the first time and rode it, but everything started messing up like the next day.
