C'mon dude, do you really have to be so critical about things? He was just tryin to be agreeable and you keep arguin. Lets keep the peace and focus on what we are here for, to help eachother out, not tear eachother down.
He goes back and forth, like he wants to jerk my chain. Then to go on about how he hears about everyone talking about HP mods, we dont need them, etc. If he feels that way, why post in a thread that is discussing the very things he is tired of hearing?

Everyone's entitled to speak their mind, and I do understand that it is a bit annoying and a bit confusing when someone post things that contradict eachother, but I entered this community trying to learn about this bike, and the back and forth arguing doesnt help, and no point is really proved. You seem like a knowlegable person, and I hope to learn alot from you and the rest of this community, and for the sake of me and every other person seeking help or guidance here, let's keep it productive.

I have said it before and I will say it again... My experiences show me that holding hands and singing love songs always helps in these kinds of situations

I don't care to judge anyone's riding ability. And If you want to dump 5 g's into a 929 I'm all for it. I'll check it out. However, the 929 is an extremely potent bike as is. Anything beyond bolt on mods and all of that money would probably be better spent on Cornerspeed classes and track days. I doubt even a well above average rider is going to be able to 'out ride' the stock 929 wheels on the street.

that being said mag wheels and ohlins suspension do give me a stiffy. You always want what you can't have.
