Don't use Helicoil for this application. They're primarily for one-time use on part that will never come apart. Because in process of removing bolt, it'll invariably remove Helicoil with it.

You want solid insert that stays in 1 piece and resists being pull out. Install with super-strong heat-resistant threadlocker.



Might be too late to use this kit though as the stripping out Helicoil may have damaged hole and these inserts won't be tight enough.
