ok so a friend over tightend the spark plug and the threads broke off the spark plug and are still screwed in to the head is there anyway of geting it out with out pulling the head or engine ?

 

any of the ways that you would be able to use to back it out would be risky, because they would all involve drilling into that sparkplug, and that could put excess debris in your motor. i would just yank the head out and do it right, it will save you on the grief later.

Oh, and tell your buddy who doesn't work on engines... HAND TIGHT!

 

yeah i thought he knew what he was doing i was working on my suzuki 600 while he was puting the new plugs in and then it just snaped i dont get how anyone wouldnt know how to install sparkplugs right but now this just sucks lol

 

all else fails .. make him pay for the repair work

 

Yeah...thats bad....I'm afraid your best bet is to pull the head. But, be glad the plug busted instead of stripping the threads in the head out besides. Don't ever let this guy touch anything...not even a weedeater...
