Sorrow...

Motul 300v sport is probably the best choice all around, I forgot to mention in my post that I was talking about petroleum oil and not synthetic.

Peace out

jeffreyg, you're right, motul 300v is one of the best oils on the market, and it contains true synthetics/ester rather than highly processed dino oil based synthetics.

If 300v is a little too pricey, the semi-synth motul 5100 is a good choice. I've been running that for a while now. The ester smells like smashed bananas, delicious

Well, I'm doing an oil change soon, and I love bananas, so I may have to try it! I've heard others say the motul is good stuff, too.

Just for info, how pricey is "pricey", cause I'm cheap, too....

I picked up a 16L crate for $115.00 (CAN) on sale for Motul 5100 Semi.
http://www.af1racing.com/store/Scrip...?idCategory=81
$52.99 for the 300V synth., and $32.99 for the 5100 Semi

Great stuff, but much better if you get it on sale. Buy it from your local shop by the crate and save some $

Well, that ain't too terrible for the good stuff.

May have to try some for the piece of mind - I've read good stuff about it.

Mmmmm.....smells like bananas, huh?. I wish they'd make some racing oil that smells like fried chicken, which, by the way, RULES.
(thought I'd mention that...)

It should smell like both, that would kick ***! A meal in a bottle, might taste good as a condiment?
