I have scrolled through every 929RR/ 954RR/ How-to threads, and I have yet find anything on what people have used, how they did it, recommendations?
Any input on this would be great as well as pics!

yeah I was looking at that. So the H7 is what I want to use in the corners of the headlights?
See I just bought this 929 this past monday after I sold my 900rr that I JUST finished rebuilding... Its a sickness, so now I am taking another fall/winter to rebuild this 929rr to be something amazing! I just want to make sure I do this right.. know what I mean? So now that I know what bulb to use, what about the thing the bulb goes into?

Have you consideredusing the corner area for turn signals? That was done on some Euro versions and I've seen a write up onhow to modify the headlight for thatbut I can no longerfind it anywhere. Either way it involves cutting holes on each side to accept some kind of bulb receptacle obviously. I'll keep looking for that write-up and post if I find it.
that was the whole idea... lol I saw it on a euro spec bike on RRzone
I think its awsome, So I just have to figure out what Im going to use, I know I need to drill into my new headlight i just recieved.

I have never personally modified a headlight assembly for the 929, but I have done it for a 94 Accord EX that I had customized. I wanted to keep the stock tail lights, but give it something custom. I basically took out the stock tail lights, and swapped the turn signals for reverse lights. It involved some cutting in order to get out the amber film that was on the turn signal side.
But if you wanted to modify the front headlight to accept the turn signals, either buy a replacement light assembly and drill a small hole into your light assembly and install. You can get a custom fit grommet from any car parts store and do it that way. This way no water will get into your headlight assembly damage anything.
Or you could take off the stock light and use it that way. This might require you to extend the wires, so be prepared to cut/re-connect/crimp if it calls for it.
Once again, I've never done this but if your tight for money and think you can do it yourself, this is an easy way to go, and it worked well for import cars.

Try this site. I think this is similar to what you are looking to do.
