Has anyone considered making the rear Turn signals into extra running lights with LEDs or what not ? What colors are legal in the back, just red? I bought a bunch of high brightness LEDs, and plan on transforming the rear brake light, and rear turn signals to give a little extra visibility from behind, any thoughts where to put them?

 

Keep in mind when doing thi, you don't want to make yourr taillights tooo bright. My buddy recently was modding his new flush mounts and they were blinding.

 

Check in the DIY forums. Someone did a nice mod with LEDs in the rear pegs. Could be used for this.

 

I plan on that mod my self( the one recommended above). The only hesitation I have is whether my pipe will hide right side to much.
