Default 'Junk in the Trunk' 929 style

Catchy title, you will be let down.... sorry...

Went for a ride yesterday, my wife told me to stop on the way home and pick her up some Cancer Sticks and Wine. I bought a 1.5 L of wine and didn't know if it would fit. I also have some other stuff in there with them. (OEM tool kit, Oakley sunglasses, travel size roll of TP and disc lock). Got it all to fit. Gotta love the space the 929's 'trunk' gives us.

I also put the rear seat cover on (recently) I have had since 2003 on my bike. I like it. I have a full little blurb in S&S if you wanna read it.

I know. When I was going to a gym out in town, I would pack a change of clothes. (shirt, shorts, underwear, shoes, socks) and they would all fit. No backpack or anything.

I just replace my 94 900rr battery tray/trunk fender. Seller ship me the wrong year. They shipped me the 99' 900rr tray....to my surprise, it mount right in subframe...I compare the older Vs 98-99...the newer tray has extra 2 channel of space, I can't figure out what the channel for? Until now I see your picture, the wine bottle neck slides right in...now I see. What other use for this 2 channels of spacing? I figure maybe a flashlight, or something... I guess the 99' Vs 929's trunk has same features....nice...I'm so happy the 99 tray fit my 94' . It was only a square box trunk on those older model...a few DVDs, gloves, sunglasses but no way a bottle of wine

To the best of my knowledge, they are not interchangeable. The 929 rear seat is a bit wider down the back of the rear seat than the F4i.
