Interesting, and seemingly an entirely custom chip, from the little I could find the chip sitting next to it is just a flash chip and seems some russians have figured out some stuff from the flash, though nothing interesting as such. Nothing to be found for what appears to be the microcontroller for the dash sadly.

Dont suppose you've ever seen the inside of the ecu or had a reason to?

 

I think the ECU is filled and can't be taken apart without destroying it.
