Default htev servo elimination??

What do I need to do to trick the ecu into thinking the servo is working properly. I tried rigging up my buddies servo like mine and it only lasted an hour before the gear was striped again.
Does anyone make metal gears as a replacement for the nylon. don't want to spend a whole lot of money on another servo when it is not even going to be used.

Sorry you'll need another servo motor,no way to bypass it.How did you rig it that it keeps stripping the gear?

Mine is bolted all the way open at the exhaust side. the cables are cut at the motor, and it's plugged in. So no light is on. Runs like a raped ape.
