Handle Grips
my buddy tried some giant harley grips on his bike last year. The inner diameter of the grips was too small and the grip would hinder twisting the throttle and prevent it from closing on it's own. So be cautious, but I'd be interested in a change as well.
I use Oury mountain bike grips. Super comfortable and real sticky (if you like that). I cut the ends off to allow bar-end sliders. You can probably find them at a local bicycle shop to check the diameter.

They come in solid colors and have big blocks on them. Check the link I posted above. I'll post a pic of them on my bike tonight when I get home. They get dirty easy if you get a bright color, but for $7 a pair I just replace them.
Here are a few pics. That is my set from last year, I haven't put the new ones on yet. They stay clean for a few months, the black ones look clean forever.

I put use hairspray as tack and compressed air. Spray the inside and the bare handle, then use a pointed tip on the air gun between the grip and bar, it will inflate the grip so you can slide it on and at the same time it dries out the hairspray making it sticky.
