So i decided that i am going to hang on to the 929.. Now, the question is, Do you guy's have any idea to where i might be able to locate another Engine?.. Since they're fairly rare bikes i've only seen 2 in washington.. Engines aern't as easy to come by.. Wouldn't mind having the engine shipped it's just a matter of finding one that's not blown.. so any leads would be appericiated.

 

i got my 954 engine on ebay for $500 + $140 freight shipping. And it runs damn good.

 

I'm with driber. eBay seems the best way to go, ang while you're at it you may as well grab the 954 (price pending of course)

 

hmm 954 engine.. can you do a directy swap or will i have to mess around quite a bit to get it to work and run?..

 

You will need the ECU, but it fits right in.

 

that's pimp dropping a 954 motor in but if you want a 929 motor I saw one on the classifieds for stuntlife.com
