Default Cant get past 6k rpm?

In any gear im in my bike doesn't want to go past 6k rpm. Not only are the rpm's not too smooth, but when I get near 6k it starts to shutter almost like a rev limiter type thing. Anyone else have this problem?

Swapped ECU with a friend, that wasn't the problem. I did however notice that one of the wires on my servo motor was completely off. I put it back on there but both of the wires arent snug around the fitting part. There just kind of hanging there. Could that be it?

Try lacing the butterfly's in the servo open. Maybe they are in the closed position and suffocating the bike....

I dont know how to "lace" them. I have no idea what to do with the excess cable.

Here is a suggestion, I had a similar issue with mine once upon a time. What I did was purchase a can of SeaFoam and poured it into the tank and road it around for about an hour after a few minutes the motor opened up and ran like someone smaked it on the back of the ***. It kind of startled me because I wasnt expecting it to kick up like that. We really didnt get a background as to what happend or how long the motorcycle has been sitting before this became the situation.

It's probably ur servo. If it isn't working properly, th bike will starve for air. Best if u disable it.
