Default anyone have info on 520 conversion

have any of you guys done a 520 conversion before i have a 530 with 1 down 3up on my sprockets but i heard 520 would be a lot better and i pick up 2 to 3 hourse power would like imput thanks

Here's a couple links with the physical "how to" aspect. As far as ponies go, you'll probably pick up the 2-3 extra HP. An added bonus is that with the lighter rear sprocket you'll be able to corner better. Less rotational mass is a good thing. If you decide to make the move to a 520 be sure to get a hold of Limpy (our sponsor at Apex Motorsports). He'll set you up with the correct rated chain and sprockets for your ride unlike some e-bay *** clowns.

ive got an rk 520 conversion kit (1 down, 2 up) and love the added acceleration. night and day difference over the stock chain and sprockets, but the chain stretches quicker and more adjustments are needed.
