hi thought i would get stuck in and clean my carbs on my 1000f .while i had carbs off , thought would check valves ,tried to get plugs out so engine would turn over easier ,plug spanner i have wouldnt fit thought they were same size as my cbr600f .apparently not.what size plug spanner do i need .also on petcock there is 2 small outlets one on side for vacum pipe what is the one on bottom for ? there is no pipe on this one .thanks in advance for info.

Can't help with plug spanner size
Ignore the one without pipe on it..............

Hi scorpion, i have just bought a plug spanner for my 93 1000f last week.

It is a 12mm long reach, it worked perfectly & only 3 days from order to door, or
you maybe able to get one in a shop local to you. Hope this helps.

The other hose is only an overflow or something - mine has one but it just hangs down by the rear wheel.
