Default Need VIN info

Hey guys, I know I've been MIA for a long time. Business and racing has kept me away, I haven't even thrown a leg over my poor CBR in 4 years. This year I hope to get it back on the street to stretch its legs.

But I need to know if there is supposed to be a VIN # stamped into the steering head or if the only VIN tag is the one glued/riveted onto the right side of the frame tube.

I had my frame PC'd and the idiots lost my VIN tag, and I can't get it on the road without it.

Thanks in advance,
Ryan.

Blacken77 is right, stamped on rightside of neck and stickered also on rightside above the cams.

Unfortunately I have a unique circumstance. My F2 was written off before I bought it, and they replaced the frame with a new blank from the dealership.

So there's no vin stamped in, but that's alright!

Thanks
