Default AfterMarket Tail lights

So Ive been off the site for a while because some retards stole my 97 F3 and decided to go 1000 mile joyriding and then crash. But im back on 2 wheels runnin a 2000 cbr 929 with 9600. Only paid a lil over 3K for it too. GOOO craiglist. Anyways, so heres the deal....theres an aftermarket undertail and the wiring is ridiculous...my right front and back signals dont work, when i press the rear brake "no lights" and the gauge cluster light for my right signal stays lit. After fiddling and splicing for a while i got the right one and left one to work but the gauge cluster still says its on and still no rear brake action. Theres a lil black box connecting the wires from the harness to the aftermarket lights. any hints would be great...thanx

You made a wise decision in your new bike! The black box, does it have buttons for a run, turn, and brake? If it does, then I'm positive the after market tail light is from www.hightechspeed.com. It's the UFO light kit and it's suppose to allow you to customize light patterns. They use the original tail light but install an LED board inside the stock tail light. If this is what you have, then you should call or email hightechspeed. They have the best customer service and are willing to help you step by step.

Ummm, nope no buttons on it. Its got a couple labels, for signals and brakes and things like that but the lights from the after market tail has like 4 wires from each bulb, white black green and red
