Get a lawyer and have the judge take his car away from him and give the proceeds to you. A court deputy can go to his home or the court parking lot and seize the car right on the spot.

Good to hear that your ok man. It sucks that crap like that happens. Hopefully you will collect plenty of insurance and enjoy a freshly repaired 954 or a new bike. Keep us posted how things go, glad your made it out alright.
