I used a cotter pin puller when I changed my exhaust out. (Basically a screwdriver with a 90 deg. pointed tip). I got the sharp edge on the backside of the gasket (it has a rounded cross-section) and pulled them out. I think in your photo the gasket is the rounded black ring just inside of the brown ring.

so funny, ive been trolling ebay. I cant find anything that doesn't resemble that brown/stuffyou tookpictures of..
there are exhaust like yours for 600 and up.. you scored pretty well.. just gorgeus..
really nice, cant wait to see it mounted!!

the pipe is not perfect, there is a fingernail size ding on the exhaust tip.....seller say no scratch, no damage....I am contacting seller to see if we can compromise somehow?

effing sweet... really man..
really loving those pipes. you have me on a mission estate..
i'll have a similar upgrade before spring gets here, even if I have to spend stupid money.. theres another way I might be able to go, which is take a tig class which starts next month.. maybe I can just build my own..
its a thought. anyway hate to see those plastics back on. those pipes too nice..

Finally I got a straight pipe....LoL...those 96-99 bolt onto a 94 look kinda? Over mod...Hahaaa

So I contacted the seller...he said the ding damage is likely due to shipping....I ask for $40 so I can send out to grind and maybe buff it off....amazingly the seller send me $65

So wow...I'm so happy...
