'95 recently refreshed (carbs thoroughly cleaned). Snapping the throttle off idle and it bogs badly. I covered the carb intakes (almost completely) with a board, and the throttle response greatly improved. Sounds lean (yes?) First thought is pilot jets, but all 4? (after recent cleaning?) Any other ideas what to check that could affect most or all carbs? (Seems too consistent to be a single cylinder).
