Default Need help with charging Issue

So trying to figure out which issue I have. Regulator/Rectifier, Bad stator or a short in a wire. I did the test via a mutimeter and on the R/R test I get no continuity with black and green wire, no continuity on the solid green wire but for the green and white wire getting continuity what does this mean. I have a 1998 Honda CBR 900RR

Thanks for the help

This is from memory from a good few years ago but here goes.
Go to the r/r connector under the seat. You’ll find 3 yellow cables. Unplug and check for continuity between only the yellows.
Pretty sure continuity here proves r/r is fried.
What’s causing you concern regarding your charging system ?

Hi matey , from your fault finding it looks like your Reg/Rec could be shot , but to make sure have you got a workshop manual, Pages 16-6 to 16-9 will show you how to do it ,not sure where you get the Black wire from because that isnt in the test, and if you dont have a Workshop manual you can get one from here
StephyGee.com
Once you have done it again let us know the results and we will take it from there
