Default i dont have spark anybody know what to do

i got this bike in winter and took the mans word for the bike he said it ran fine but it was about -10 the night i got it and he said it was too cold to start it and thats sounds reasonable considering its jetted anyways i took it out the garage today and tried to start it and it cranked over fine but wouldnt even give me the smallest rumble or backfire so i took out the plugs they diddnt look too good so i got new ones and hooked it up to the wire and put it on the head bolts for ground and no arc at all and i tested all the wires with the plug in it to get spark and nothing i checked out my fuzes there all there and they are fine after a while of trying to get spark it got real cold outside so i put the bike away anybody have any clue on wat it possibly could be or another way to check for spark

Is the RUN switch turned to ON. I've done that before...crank and crank and wonder why no spark--till I looked down at the run switch on the handlebar...[:@]

It may be the coil packs or the wires. Try checking them out.
