Damn I ask ALOT of questions...I have another.
Need to learn somehow though.
From what Im reading the following front ends will DIRECTLY bolt to my 95 900rr:
'06 CBR1000
CBR929/954 - Don't know years on that one, can someone help me out there.
RC51 - Years ?
'93-'95 F3
Is that correct? Basically I just want the BEST front end that will DIRECTLY bolt on to my bike.
Also will changing to the 17" front wheel throw off my bikes handling characteristics due to making the front sit higher?
Thank you EVERYONE for your HELP!!

Wow...where exactly are you reading all of this about front end fitment? IMO, the 900RR has three distinct zones: front, tank, and tail. If you change out the front, you still have a bulky tail and a massive tank that doesn't go well with a smaller, narrower upper cowl from, well, any other bike. As much as I love the 900RR, it only looks proportional with original parts.
I don't really want to change the front fairings or anything, I was asking because I thought I could get a better front end setup with one of the other newer front ends and figure a way to mount my fairings to it....I love how the 900 looks thats why Im really only going to put the 98-99 fairings on it.

It is my understanding that the Honda engineers as smart as they are supposed to be F'ed upwith the 16", it was actually a mistake, and was supposed to have the 17" on it. Ive heard from other people that have changed it out that the 17 " is better.

Would be something interesting to look in to...
I just wanted the new front end for the better suspension.

When I said look into, I did not mean use my mule to test the theory.[8D]
Im just going to be searching diff. boards and try to hear from the people who went to a 17" that ride twisties some much they eat, sleep, and poop them..

The 16" wheel was part of the design theme of the 900RR--low centralization of mass. It was not a 'mistake'--unless you look at it from a modern perspective where practically no other sportbikes have it. The idea was to make for lighter turn-in and quicker steering response--which is why even modern GP bikes use 16.5" wheels. In the nineties, none of the other OEM's went for it on their models and it's now something of a 'Betamax' among motorcycle wheel sizing.
17" front wheels are a direct bolt on from any year 600F3 and even 94-97 VFR750F is possible. It doesn't work so well if you have a 93-94 900RR because of the speedometer cable hookup, and for 98-99 900RR's you need to do some drilling and spacing to make the wheel and brake discs fit--but it can be done.
Go for it and do a write-up of the change in handling characteristics--that's something I've seen precious few of...
