Heres another view of the paint in my living room under a little less light. The pearl comes out better under low lighting.

This side of swing arm still needs work, especially that scratched up area where the stand was before i moved it.

That is the voltage regulator. One of Honda's very few weak spots. If you ever experience chasrging issues, start with that and the wiring leading to it. While you have the bike apart, putting a little dielectric grease on the connections wont hurt.

Nice work on the bike. I rebuilt the same bike a couple years ago. I went all stock with the exception of powdercoating a few things.

After seeing your calipers, I think I might do that. It's a subtle change but very nice. Did your powdercoater leave the "NISSIN" letters bare or did you sand the coating off when you got them back?

Dammnnn! That bike is coming along very nicely! I'm gonna get started on my bike and use some of your techniques. Keep up the good work and keep posting pics of the progress.

He sanded them after the black coat, then cleared the whole caliper for durability.

No I havent thought of that. Mine is a little more hidden than on those bikes. Sits inside the frame. Bike should be done in a week or two.

Think I could win Bike of the Month March?
