Default Gas vaccum line

Hello all,
I have a rampad vaccum line and was wondering if someone could help me figure out where it is supposed to be connected to. Okay here goes. If you need pictures I can do my best. Okay, The vaccum line runs from my pitcock on the gas tank then splits... One of the splits connects to about the middle of the four carbs and the other end connects to.?. I cannot find anywhere that I believe this should connect. Please help! This is a '98 CBR 900.

Thank you

I've got a 1997 CBR900RR and I am fairly sure that my line doesn't split. Take some detailed pictures and I will try to help you out as much as I can.

Does it function properly with it plugged? I know my 95 doesn't have a split in it. I actually just put a vacuum petcock on mine so I just ran one line straight into the piece in the middle of the carbs. Hopefully someine with a 98 will confirm that tho

I have 98 CBR too, there should be 2 lines come out from the petcock. One with bigger hole is for the fuel line and that should go into the carbs. And the other smaller hose, that's for vacuum line that should connect to engine block (left side of the block if you sit on the bike)...just take a look there.

Thanks man! I took a look, and I have the connection going into the block, it is just below where the carbs connect to the block. Which carb does the other end of the line attach to? Thanks again!

on my bike, there's no extra line. i think you can remove it, i don't have problems with my bike by using only 2 lines from petcock. One to engine block for vacuum and one to carbs for fuel.
