The previous owner set it for stunts. Well I had the tank off to change
the spark plugs and I didn't notice a electrical wire running to the gauge to indicate when your low on gas. Is there a way to rewire one together? I rode the bike out of gas because I didn't know it was disconnected. Can anyone help me with this?

 

I have a '96 which has no fuel light. I simply reset the Odo to zero everytime I fill up. As a general rule I get 140 miles per tank. Reserve is about a gallon and thus will give you an additional 20 miles give or take.
