Default Front forks question.

i recently bought a 95 900rr. it needs new forks and a new front tire. i am looking to buy a set of front forks but there are off a 93 900rr. Will a set form a 93 900rr work on my 95 900rr? thanks for the help, i am sure that this wont be my last post.

Yes, '93 forks will bolt right on to a '95. Try to go newer, though (up to '97), if you can find them. Most '93 forks were made as early as 1991 and 1992.

I know this is an old thread but I have been searching around cause I wanna upgrade my front suspension for one and two the front wheel is bent as well as the right fork.I have 1993 900rr and wanna know if i can use a newer fork set up off a 900rr gsxr 1000 929 ect.I have been searching but no real definative answer on what will work. Thanks in advance.

929/954 front end is a direct bolt on as long as it has the ball bearing steering head, You will need the whole frontend. I.E. forks trees fender clipons rotors calipers and such, I believe some of the 954's had the same style bearing as the 900
