Its not quite that easy.
The RR forks are USD. You would need to change the tripples, wheel, axle, brakes, bars, everything....

One other question is there any forks that are compatible with the f4i or is it cbr specific.

I'm not sure about other makes fitting or not. If they did, you would need to change other stuff to make them work.

Why not get f4i forks? Is there something non repairable about yours? New springs and valves will make a huge difference....

03-04 RR forks are not USD they are standerd just like an F4i's. They didn't switch to USD until 05 with the small redesign and kept those units until 2011 or something. That being said, no they are not compatible with F4i's. They are a different diameter tube and have different sized brake rotors.
F4i forks can be made to work extremely well, and the brakes already do work great from the factory but can also be made much better.

I thought they went USD earlier than 05...
Good correction.

New seals aren't expensive [oem is like $50 or something] plus new fluid would be another $30 or so then labor. You'll save by taking the forks off yourself before having someone rebuild them. A much better [and much bigger $] option is to send them to racetech for new seals, fluid, springs and valving. You'll be more around $600 I think but the difference is amazing.

954rr and 929rr front end are a direct swap to the F4i frame and are USD and probably quit a bit better than the stock F4i kit.

Though I don't know the differences between the 929 and 954 pieces
