Ok guys. Let me know if u need any more info. I measured from the closest point on the bottom of the tire to the ground and it's only 2 inches. like i said you have to take the fender off to get the wheel off front to back. And you have to take all the air out of the tire to get it out sideways.

The stand is on the bike correctly...... the front wheel is off the ground as its supposed to be.

You need to take the fender off to remove the wheel with no problem.

What I was asking is if this is a picture of it not working or working ?

The first one is what I have to do. I'm assuming the second bike (the zx6) has a front fender. I'm not sure how hes pulling the tire right out though. There is obviously more clearance than I have. Cant see everything cause its not zoomed out enough. Like I said if I was to pull off the fender , its hell trying to get it back on with the tire already mounted. I could go into detail about why if u really want me to. I guess my best bet is to raise it on blocks like the link or take the rotors off and try and pull it out sideways.

 

And the pics are of the stand working as it should by the way.

 

Yes, the front fender does need to be removed to get the wheel off. Most front end lifts cant raise the bike high enough to allow the wheel to clear the fender.
