Unhappy 97 900RR Exhaust popping

Well I have a 97 900RR that the exhaust is popping loudly. It happens while riding and at Idel. I have replaced all the exhaust gaskets from the motor to the pipe. I checked for leaks and can't find any. It's getting frustrating!! Any Idea's would greatly Help!! Thanks

Here is the link for a video of how it's reacting http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHhikoD9ma4

is it popping under accelaration or does it do it all of the time, if it is under accellaration you need to check your intake boots you have a intake leak, if it is all the time you have a intake leak!!!! it is under decellaration you r bike is running too lean!!! let me know what you find

All the in take boots seem to be in place. Seems to get worse as the bike gets warmed up and at running temp.
It seemed to start acting up when and I layed it down (tumbled once) at medium speed. Any other thoughts would be appreciated and thanks for the help!!

Tried carb cleaner additive to the fuel.. still have the problem so I guess it's time to rip it apart.. Was wondering if a bad plug will act this way also??

Stock pipe or aftermarket? Also has it been re-jetted or is everything stock?

Aftermarket bolt-on yoshimura pipe with stock header the person I bought it from said he had rejetted it.I've rode ir easy and I've rode it hard with no change. Have done almost all I can think of besides tearing it apart. I've been putting that off because the weather has been prime for riding.

Sounds like the exact same setup as mine. I've gone through all the steps to remedy mine and nothing short of having the carbs sync'd and cleaned helped. And it still does it from time to time. Doesn't seem to effect my performance any, as long as a guy can live with his bike sounding like the cars on The Fast And The Furious.
