Try yamaha of troy, They are a honda dealer in ohio and have the best prices I have found anywhere, Aftermarket pads are cheap from any number of sources like motosport.com or denniskirk.com

I have not checked Honda of Troy, but when I had my 93 VFR I got OEM parts from Service Honda, http://www.servicehonda.com, and they usually had the lowest price on the net. May not be the case now, tho. I also got great service from them and parts were sometimes received sooner than I expected.
