Default Yellow box under seat wire stripped! No start.

Hi guys,
I bought my first 2006 CBR600rr today! A project bike that doesn't start. When you turn the key the bike power's on but there is no starter sound, neither is there any clicking oh, so I believe the battery has power. For now at least.

There is an F1 code. Going ro google that now.

Three relays on the left side of the bike we corroded at the connections so I cleaned and greased them. Checked the fuses in the fuse box. All good but 3 10a are 15a fuses.

After trying to bypass the starter with no result or power to the starter, I assumed that the starter relay is the problem. Then I noticed some wires going to the yellow fuse box under the seat were stripped of their insulation. What wire is that one specifically? How do I open that yellow fuse box under the seat?

Also there's a bunch of loose wires, some connected some disconnected, for mods that the previous owner added.

I'm looking forward to your answers and suggestions. The CBR has been a dream of mine for many years.

What a mess. Your best bet is to look for another harness.

The yellow box with all the green wires isn't a fuse box, It's a ground junction.

After tracing the burnt wire from the ground box all the way back to the fuel pump, I found the negative wire on the fuel pump is all burnt out. there is no shielding on it from the fuel pump all the way to the yellow ground box.

My question is after replacing that wire, what else would have been affected? I am sure that a relay or a fuse was supposed to have prevented the wire from burning out that way. Where is the fuel pump fuse and relay located?

Also, a burnt-out fuel pump shouldn't stop the bike from trying to crank. Am I right or wrong?

Harness out of budget. I traced the shorted wire to the fuel pump. The wires on the pump side look fine. So ill just replace the wire in the clip and connect it to the ground junction.
My question is what would cause it to short like that in the first place? Is it the fuel pump gone bad?
My next question is if the fuel pump ground wire shorts, would that cause the bike not to start or not even try to turn over?
I hear no sound of turning over. I also bridged the positive and negative wire at the starter relay to see if I could bypass the switch. I heard no sound from the starter whatsoever.
Currently trying to figure out how to remove the starter to test it.
