i recently posted i was buying some parts for my bike some used some new. a used 03 2bros pipe, scotts dampener and rear seat cowl. heres something everone can now know because of my missfortune. 03' and 04' pipes are completely different than 05'. (CBR600RR) the scotts dampener is the same. same hardwear all that stuff. the cowl is also a no go!!!!! so do not waste the dough!!!!

 

Ya they changed somethings in '05. I know windscreen is different, exhaust and many others. I ordered a triple tree cover in CF and they said the '03-'04 fit for my '05 and when I got it it didn't and I couldn't return it. Gotta make damn sure it is for the '05 before buying.

sux the pipes are different huh? lol... And the cowls but o well... 05 will fit 06 lol...

Power commanders are different also... dispite what ppl say.. if it has a different part #, its a different part... theres a company that I saw on here that says they are the same... THEY ARENT.. they are different part #'s in Parts unlimited... so their different.
