You can't expect things to last forever when they are making 283 revolutions per SECOND. That being said, no one rides the street like people ride the track.
That's GOT to be the same guy !!!! .... Holey Jeebus !!!! .... lmao

I think he has a vid on youtube of it turning 100.000 . You just see the ODO turn to all zero's when it changes and the guy cheer in the reflection of the Tach.

I am pretty sure he rebuild the engine with components from another used engine.. Not sure if that was him though.

Still 200k miles is crazy!

EDIT: He had to rebuild the engine using a donor engine because of a low slide at 178k or so. His name is Thirdgenlxl on youtube.

Hondas are incredibly durable. I run my 600rr in second gear on some of the tighter, more technical tracks. Revs are kept high to get good drive out of the corners and I frequently wind it up to 14k to avoid an upshift that would waste time. Just starting the 4th track season with the rr and it’s doing great being ridden this hard.

My F2 was used for 8 years on the street and I flogged it for 6 years on the track before my girlfriend started riding it on the track. It is still going strong. It does not even burn any oil.

I say have fun with it. Hondas are designed to be run hard.

He got a new block around 180,000 miles. It was an entire engine to replace his from a crash but it was trashed compared to his original so he just swapped his cracked block for the spare's and kept his uber milage internals going.
