Default warm engine=no restart?

2003 CBR600RR
About 6 months ago I was having troubles with the battery dying out and not holding a charge.
I bought new battery was running fine. I also got a 05 reg/rect and put that on, and was running great.
The bike had an alarm and kept draining batt, so I figured the drain must be coming from the alarm so I removed the alarm totally.
I charged battery for 24 hours and was good.
However, about a week later the bike started to not start up again after it got hot (the problem I had before the 05 rr I put in).
I metered the batt and it reads 12.8 after about 2 weeks after the full charge, and the reading is around 13.8-14.0 when revving to 5K.
When the bike is warm 220F and the fan on, the batt reads 11.6
When bike is off after being warm the engine will not start and the battery reads around 11.8
I am charging the batt right now and will meter before I put back the batt
What do you guys think the problem could bem

Had the same problem when i installed my scorpio, most likely is the ground cabling. U gotta make sure that your alarm has its ground covered and all u gotta do is make sure u got one black cable hooked, and thats it.

ya I removed the alarm and it still is doing the same thing from before.
What do you mean about the ground? With one cable hooked? I am not running the alarm and it is not in the bike anymore and it still does this. I'm not enjoying my unreliable bike!!
