I had something like that a couple weeks ago, when I got sh**ty gas from the station...ended up siphoning all the gas outta the tank and putting fresh in from a different station...needless to say thats the first and last time I will ever stop there for gas...

mang...i had some bad gas last night. wife kicked me out of the room.
as far as the bike goes...don't gas up at Marv's or Bertha's station or anything super hardcore like that.
watch for the tankers, don't gas up when they are there or just left cause crud is all stirred up in the tank.

also, beware, your filter can only do so much, hopefully it's not clogged or jacked.

Very good point. I know/knew a driver for BP Oil. He told me not to worry about where you buy fuel, because for the most part... they all buy from the same place and help each other out when they are low. He did say not to use a station after fuel has been delivered. The water, rust and dirt in the tanks get stirred up bad and you have to wait until it settles back down. So if you see a station being serviced... don't use it that day.
