ORIGINAL: Jet Jockey Z06 Vette

This is good stuff!! Keep it coming.

By the way, tell me about the change of the windscreen. Aero advantages? Looks? Both??
Looks mainly... The dark smoke looks really nice on my Red/Black 06 600RR. Also, the double bubble takes more wind off of you for a more comfortable ride, especially at highway speeds.

1)sliders *
2)if your new steering dampner won't hurt*
3)windscreen puig race for comfort
4)suspension tuning *
5)HID (can't see can't ride)
Gecko said it best. I'll pass a cop at 85-90 mph w/ stock exhaust in 6th gear and he/she won't know even look up at me. Just a quiet shadow in the day. BUT when going into intersections pepole won't know I'm there till I'm on top of them. Take the good w/ the bad. NO undertail, exhaust, or flush mount lights. Everything else is not nessecary or will break "if" you crash. Good luck and be safe!

G'day guys...

Couple questions, Im looking at getting the after market look to my '05 600RR as well.

Was wondering...

1) what do you mean by "front screen" ok, obviosuly it means the screen, but what do you replace it too...?? (possibly some photos)
2) the swingarm spools...iv never heard of them??? where do they attatch (some photos too?!)
3) with the Yoshi exhaust, how does the slip on work..is there a bracket that removes the stock exhaust, and new slip-on goes on? or is there cutting?

sorry about the n00b questions dudes...just trying to make my machine look good

its the red/blue/silver one...if anyone has some awesome photos of some fairly cheap mods to the same bike i would love to see them eh ...

thanks again boys...

take it easy!!!

I took the screen to work and painted the under side of it with Digital silver metalic which I bought a sample pot of from a car paint shop, cost me $12. as for the seat cowl thats also Digital silver metalic same as the silver on the bike. cost me $225 fromm rrr solutions on ebay, I think it was sent over from the USA, I couldnt find anything cheaper in Aus.
Mods so far Indicators led $45
Seat cowl $225
w/screen $12
Fend/elim $4 thats under $300Aus so far but looks a **** load better. Pics will be in my album on Sat and I'll put some up in "current model 600rr" Cheers
