I've seen it get to about 229 at lights (on really hot days). I usually just rev it a couple times to get the water pump spinning and it usually goes down a few degrees. But yeah, I run a bit hotter than most too. I heard that changing to a different type of anti-freeze helps too. Not sure which kind though. I think it's Dexcool or something. It's actually orange in color.
