I just bought my 07 cbr rr like 2 months ago. so this is my first winter storage. my question is do i have to put my bike on stands for the winter? and why does the manual say change your oil before storage and after? do i have to do all that?

 

I usually just change the oil after winter storage. I've always got my bike up on stands, because there's always Race DOT's on it though.
