@IDoDirt Now I am in front of the bike and I see that the HISS is connected to the plate, I should be able to remove everything together I think.Thank you so much for giving me the tightening torques, you were very kind

@Gin600rr The plastic cap is just a plug to hide the hollow tube of the steering stem. I can see that it is just slightly larger than the inside diameter of the Steering Stem nut and yes it will need to be removed. You can usually just pull it off with your fingers, if you can get your fingernails under it. Otherwise a small plastic card like a credit card is probably enough to lift it so you can grab it and pull it off.

Il tappo di plastica è solo un tappo per nascondere il tubo cavo dello stelo dello sterzo. Vedo che è solo leggermente più grande del diametro interno del dado dello stelo dello sterzo e sì, dovrà essere rimosso. Di solito puoi semplicemente tirarlo via con le dita, se riesci a metterci le unghie sotto. Altrimenti una piccola carta di plastica come una carta di credito è probabilmente sufficiente per sollevarla in modo da poterla afferrare ed estrarla.
