Default Scorpio Alarm HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys , i bought Scorpio Alarm SR-I500 few months ago but today was the day i decided to installed, so every thing went smooth (cough,cough ) and got it to work but there is a problem, i have the perimeter sensor and it works but doesn't show on the remote LCD also the signal for communication between remote and the unit does not show on LCD and when i press to armed it, it arms but LCD shows unlocked, any one knows any thing about that , i will update this with pic if i have to .
but please help

i did and there is a machine saying mon-fri 8:00 - 6:00 mountain time

is there an option in the directions ot change the operating channel? or frequency?

maybe they are both set differently?

Installer missed one of the wires,possibility..
