Hey everyone, well as you may know, I will be purchasing a CBR600 in the next few weeks and was wondering what you thought I should able to get a red 07 for. I'm in the central valley in California. The place where I'm considering purchasing one from has 3 red 07's left still, and told me $8,999 on those, before all the extra fees and crap. Was wondering what you think I'd be able to talk them down to? I just dont want to get ripped off or something, and apologize if this is just another remedial question.
Theres also another dealership that is a little farther away that has 1 red 07 left and he told me $8,499 plus fees. Although it is cheaper, the drive is farther away as well.

Havn't seen any Red 08's yet around here. Went and saw an orange one yesterday, and didnt really like it.

Theres a dealer down here thats got 07's for 7,899+ fees. Forgot to add this is SE Michigan

 

Got mine in late October for $8300 out the door.

Got my red '07 the end of November. Dealer price was $7899, and I paid all taxes and fees on my own, which brought the final OTD price to $8220.

i paid $8500 in north louisiana for a blue/silver 07.. otd.. and yes i love it.. but to answer ur questions.. is the drive $500 away? and im sure they will match that price so u wouldnt have to drive the distance. its not like they just mark em up $500.. i work at a honda dealer now and we can get em for 4 1/2 to 5.. so im sure they will come down a lil
