Hello
Just kind of curious.....
I have had multiple suzuki bikes
i now have my first honda cbr1krr
it is an 06' model
i feel that i got a good deal on buying it... being that it is november
the msrp for a honda cbr1000 is higher that then competitions bikes
however i bought my bike for alot less
i am curious too see..... what is a good price for a new left over 2006 cbr 1000rr now......
how much did you pay???
by the way.... with my first honda....should i invest on the extended warranty.... i did not buy it, it seems that the 1000's dont seem to break that much..... some advice please???!!??

RE: New Pricing
What state do you live in? Cost of the bike will be different in dfferent states.
I live in Alabama and paid $9,800 for my 06. I decided to add the extended warrenty on top of it. Why, you ask? I had a '97 900rr which had a constant problem with the regulator rectifier. I decided I would just get the warrenty so I wouldn't need to worry about any little problems like that popping up and slowly draining my bank account.
If you plan on keeping this bike for a while, I would get the warranty. It you are going to sell it in 2008 to by a new bike- don't get the warranty.
Hope this helped.
