i just shorted my fan on my 05 600rr out how do i get the old one out i got it all except that screw thats hard to reach thank you in advance[:@][:@]

 

Try this web site to down load the service manual. If you scrool down enough you will see a link for 03-04 CBR600RR's. The fan removal should be the same.

If your talkin about the bolt on the top of the radiator. you need a socket wrench and a long extension. I had to take mine down when i was putting on the new exhaust.

When you get the bolt out, the frame piece that holds it on at the top has a sort of nipple that keeps it in place along with the bolt. you have to wedge it sideways a bit to get it to come off.
