Cruisers and SuperSport bikes are in two different worlds from each other, each with their own little quirks about how to handle them. honestly cruisers are heavier and more stable. SuperSport bikes are not, and should require a little more scrutiny when you THINK you know how to ride, especially if one's only rare and occasional experience is on a cruiser. With no solid experience to back it up, this type of motorcycle should be avoided until you've got some Std.Sport miles on your belt, or years of riding.

I t hink all we answered his question in the first 5 or so posts...fianancing a motorcycle is goin to require full coverage and he didnt like that answer. He will need full coverage if he finanaces..there isnt any way around it...Honda isnt goin to give him a 9k bike with a handshake and say...ok be careful...dont crash....BULL****...unless of course he lives in that perfect world where mom and dad buy everything he is gonna have to have FULL COVERAGE (and i answered it again) on the 06 Honda. He can look thru all the forums and enlist all the people he wants but everyone and im sure Honda will laff at him when he asks the question....new bike...full coverage....

or if he gets a personal loan there might be an option but good luck with that..the only way prolly to obtain a new RR wothout full coverage insurance is to pony up the cabbage no questions asked...the wouldnt give a darn if you wheelied out of the dealership then...

ok this horse is dead tired of kickin it....

Honda does not require full coverage insurance on finances below 10k. You can call them and ask, because I did and so did the dealership, and thats what they said. The do not require it on finances below 10k. As far as the credit card way, he wont need any regardless of how much it is, its a credit card.
Personal banks on the otherhand, if it is a motorcycle loan, will require full coverage. However, if its a personal loan, he wont need anything

CBRFREEK.... thanks for the reply... but if you read through one of my posts... i said ive changed my mind about full coverage because of the feedback i got. so i WILL be carrying full coverage... this is not an issue anymore and no longer needs to be discussed..

2wheels.... ahhaha, great post.

I do appreciate everyones responses, but some people have come off like dicks... which is somewhat understandable because im sure they dont want to see a brand new 600rr trashed.

but keep the harsh words and opinions to a minimum, all it does is gets everyone else pissed off like 2wheels said.
