question about stator

Default question about stator

i have a garmin gps unit and heated gerbings gloves running off the battery.....

the garmin unit is "key hot" and the heated gloves iturn off b4 i shut off the bike...

so my question is ....is this hard on my stator or can it handle a full heated suit (gloves socks jacket pants)?

my bike is a 05 600rr

well i spoke w/ my local honda dealer and he looked at me like i asked in a foreign language that he didnt speak...i thought this was a reasonable responsible question to ask...and when he did understand me ...he didnt have an answer

that is not surprising, maybe look on forums where there are mostly touring bikes that have done this... granted it wont be the same recharege rate ohms and what ever that stuff is, but you can get an idea if it works for them.

I am surprised that it is that cold, but not snowing. You must not be from WI?

missouri actually.....but i leave early in the morning (25 degrees) it gets to 50ish during the day but when i ride back home its gettin down to 30ish degrees again...i only drove my car 6 days in the past year
