Seriously man, there is definite legal action you can take, as stated before, if you hadn't been able to ride it out that could have been a life threating accident. Get a lawyer and make the bastards rebuild your engine.

yeah, i had full synthetic honda oil in it. if the bearings and cylinders are scored do you think boring them out is an option that would work?

Iagree with six, butit would really depend on the extent of the damage, it's more than likely cheaper and faster to get a low mile used motor.
